Effective September 5, 2003, Dayton Mall has instituted a Parental Escort Policy on Friday and Saturday between the hours of 4 p.m. and closing. Anyone under the age of 16 visiting Dayton Mall must be accompanied by a parent or adult escort 21 years of age or older after 4 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
One parent or adult escort (21 years of age or older) is permitted to supervise up to 8 youths.
Youths under 16 must remain within the company of their adult escort, and under their supervision and control.
Parents between the ages of 16 and 20 visiting the mall with their children may obtain visit passes from Guest Services located near JCPenney.
Visitors are responsible to carry acceptable proof of age (i.e. photo identification with date of birth including driver’s license, state ID, military or college ID, passport or visa).
